1. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
Tax preparation services involve professional labor and are non-refundable once work begins.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
A full refund is available only if:
- No documents were processed
- No tax forms were created
- No professional work was initiated
3. Accuracy Guarantee
If Romatop LLC makes a calculation error that results in penalties or interest from the IRS, we will reimburse the penalty amount (not the tax owed).
4. No Refund For:
- Incorrect or missing documents you provided
- Refund delays by the IRS or state
- IRS audits
- Fraudulent claims submitted by you
- Change of mind after work has started
5. Pay-by-Refund Programs
When offered, the refund option is subject to approval by a third-party bank partner.
